Everything was very transparent and it was easy to communicate and arrange pick-up and drop-off from our accommodation.
It was for us a bit inconvenient to have to pay in cash (because it was a large amount) so ask for a bank transfer or try to find out at the bank how you can withdrawal all the money at once otherwise you have extra transaction costs for the multiple withdrawals

I had to inform them of an extension at the very last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate my request without any hassle. Their cars have been maintained well and top of all their prices are very reasonable when compared to other car rentals in Georgia.
